Energy. Purpose. Focus.
When you’re starting out, life can look like a 1500m race – a clear path ahead, where all you need to do is apply maximum effort to reach the tape. As you become more experienced in life, you realize it’s more like orienteering – an uncertain path over sometimes difficult terrain, where it can be easy to sprint off in the wrong direction.
Executive coaching is your compass for life-orienteering: a tool to help you figure out where you are, whether you’re heading in the right direction, and how best to get to where you want to go.
I'm Leslie Kenny and I can help you take stock of where you stand in all aspects of your life and how you can use the latest biohacking, lifestyle and productivity interventions to create major shifts in how you perform in all areas of your life. I also act as your accountability partner, challenging you when you don't execute and exploring with you why and how, so that your new habits become fixed.
My goal is to help you become the focused, energized and purpose-driven individual you are meant to be so you can always bring your best self to everything you do, whether in your professional or personal life.
